The MS-3 headphones have a Z-Lynk receiver built into the cup, and the kit adds a Z-Lynk WT-1 transmitter plus both connector cables, so it works with a 1/4 inch headphone jack or a Garrett 2-pin AT port on VLF and pulse detectors alike.

Z-Lynk runs on a 2.4 GHz frequency hopping link with a 17 millisecond audio delay, about 6 times faster than Bluetooth. You hear the target signal while the coil is still over the target. Frequency hopping keeps several headsets from crossing audio when detectorists hunt close together.

The MS-3 headphones deliver 8 ohm high-fidelity audio across a 30 to 18,000 Hz range, run up to 30 hours on a charge and fold down for storage. Compatible detectors include the Garrett AT Pro, AT Gold, ACE 300, ACE 400, ATX, Sea Hunter Mark II and Infinium LS. The modules also pair with wireless-ready models like the AT Max.
